- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I've banked here for pretty much my whole life, and not much has changed during that time, besides the building itself. Interest rates are pretty low. The service is friendly and their online app is highly convenient, but I ended up putting most of my money into a high-interest online savings account to earn greater returns.By Keaton Z., March 30, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The online banking is very good. If you do not use checks very much, the online banking can actually be used as your register as it is almost 'real-time'. Whereas, at other banks, transactions do not get reflected online while they are being processed, thus introducing lag. Huge plus is, this bank does not mess with the order of incoming transactions like other banks do (processing the largest first which may make more smaller transactions after it bounce) in order to glean more overdraft fees. Friendly customer service. The only down side to me is the new 'send a payment' method online that behaves like you wrote the check (doesn't come out of the account until recipient cashes it).
